Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Nor

His educational background includes a Ph.D. in International Finance from the Malaysian Science University (USM), solidifying his expertise in the field. Professionally, Dr. Nor has held significant roles within the government of Somalia. He is currently serving as the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs in the Southwest State of Somalia, a position that underscores his leadership and administrative capabilities. Previously, he was appointed as the Chief Economist for the Southwest State of Somalia, demonstrating his expertise in economic planning and policy.
