Mrs. Shukri Hassan Osman

is a dedicated human resource professional with a rich background spanning over 25 years, encompassing HRM, finance, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Training at the Ministry of Finance, Federal Government of Somalia, Shukri plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire spectrum of human resource activities. From recruitment and staff orientation to development, performance management, counselling, and the strategic design and execution of training programs, Shukri ensures the seamless functioning of HR processes. Throughout her career, which commenced in 1996, Shukri has navigated through progressively responsible roles across various organizations, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and excellence. Beyond her professional achievements, Shukri is widely recognized for her dedication to community service and philanthropy. Actively involved in initiatives aimed at uplifting disadvantaged communities, advocating for social justice, and championing educational opportunities for youth, Shukri is a beacon of positive change in her community. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the Open University of Malaysia and a Master’s in Public Law from Mogadishu University.
